PCA PAC is registered with the FEC and files reports of PCA PAC receipts and candidate contributions, which become part of the public record.

FEC regulations permit contributions of up to $5000 per federal candidate election (primary, general or run-off).

A foreign citizen who holds U.S. permanent resident status (a “green card”) is permitted to contribute to the PCA PAC. An employee who is not a U.S. citizen and possesses only a visa is a “foreign national” and is not permitted to contribute to the PCA PAC.

Participation in PCA PAC is completely voluntary.
