PCA is the nucleus of the North American cement industry's work in research, market development, educational, and government affairs. PCA provides a full range of products and services to its members, cement companies in the United States and Canada.

U.S. membership includes 31 companies operating 107 cement plants in 34 states, with distribution centers in all 50 states serving nearly every Congressional district. PCA members account for 97 percent of cement-making capacity in the United States and 100 percent in Canada.

From its Skokie, Ill, headquarters, PCA seeks to improve concrete and concrete construction and to ensure concrete's use in an ever-growing range of applications.

PCA’s Washington, D.C., office represents the U.S. cement industry in government affairs.
