The PCA PAC Committee drafts a biennial PAC budget that determines which candidates receive support. The following criteria are considered:

• PCA PAC contributor recommendations
• Location of cement facilities
• Votes on key industry issues
• Membership on congressional committees with jurisdiction over cement industry issues
• Congressional Cement Caucus membership
• Campaign/race dynamics

PCA PAC will not support more than one candidate in a race. A candidate’s party affiliation is not a
criterion for support.

The PCA PAC Committee strongly urges participation in the industry’s political activities. As such, contributors to PCA PAC are encouraged to recommend candidates. Please indicate your support by contacting the PCA PAC director.
